This record is a promo release for the two mentioned artists with excerpts from their respective solo albums and voice over comments for each track. The record company took advantage to promote both albums with this release in parallel. Otherwise the two promoted album releases are not linked in any way besides sharing Harvest as record label. The cover of the release is a 3 times folded piece of paper with a color poster of Vic Vergat and Band on the inside and interview excerpts as well as a double front cover showing Vic Vergat and Herman Rarebell album release covers on the outside (one each).
