Gatefold cover that comes with an inserted booklet, covering the featured artists, and a poster, 4 times the size of the cover, with information about the artists on it's back.
Each side consists of material released by one of the four featured record labels.

Sides 1 and 2 use "Seite" and list track durations, while sides 3 and 4 use "Side" and do not list track durations.
Numerous catalog numbers appear on the records. Side 1 lists 69 200-A, side 2 lists 69 200-B and both list 69 200-1. Side 3 lists 69 200-C and WS 2473, side 4 lists 69 200-D and WS 2473 and both side 3 and 4 lists 69 200-2.
