From notes: A slightly different version of this collection was first released on a cassette (with booklet) by the Florida Department of State-Division of Historical Resources, Tallahasse, FL 32399-0250. The cassette is no longer available. This CD version was re-edited in 1996 by Chris Strachwitz and Bob Stone.
