This recording was published by the Austrian / German magazine WIENER in 1988 as a supplement to its printed edition. It features an unidentified German speaking comedian in the role of German politician and former Head of Free State of Bavaria, Franz Josef Strauß, who had died earlier the same year. The recording is a fake monologue of Mr. Strauß reading his last will. The identity of the speaker remains unknown until today.
WIENER had a German subsidiary at the time in Munich. The flexi disc was a supplement to the German edition; whether it was also published with the Austrian edition cannot be verified, although it very likely was.
