Los Angeles pressing. Labels have the corrected titles to the songs "The Continuing Story Of Bungalow Bill", "Revolution 1", "Revolution 9". First pressings listed the tracks as "Bungalow Bill, Revolution No. 1, Revolution No. 9."

The cover has an embossed title and a stamped number with the prefix “A” with an interceding space. "SWBO 101" on inside lower left of gatefold and "Stereo" on upper right rear of cover.

With fold-out poster containing band member photos (e.g., Ringo dancing with Elizabeth Taylor) on one side and lyrics on reverse.

Note: Some copies may have the gatefold's interior slick pasted upside down or inverted 180° relative to the exterior.

Runout details are etched except ✲ and a single number (1, 2, 3, 4) stamped.
Some runouts also may contain a dot or several dots stamped.
Variant 3 indicated all details are stamped.
