"Livemiles" features two live performances of Tangerine Dream. One in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA on 8th of June 1986, and another recording of their concert in West-Berlin, Germany on 1st of August 1987.

The Albuquerque-concert, New Mexico, USA was performed during the TD North American Tour in 1986.

The West-Berlin concert was performed during the 750th Anniversary of the city of West-Berlin in 1987.
