Side A - [JA] is the etched initials of lacquer cutting engineer [a622686].
Side B - runouts are entirely hand-etched, except the trailing "1" which is stamped.
Side B - lacquer cut by [a294328] at [l173687], and the plating / metalwork was performed by [l380740], High Wycombe.
