Right of withdrawal
You have the right to step back from this contract without giving any reasons within 14 days.
The withdrawal period is 14 days and starts from the day on which you or a third party named by you (which is not the party that transports the goods) takes posession of the goods.
In order to make use of your right of withdrawal you have to inform us (buy24hours.de Jörg Tillmann Internethandel, Bismarckstr. 50b, 45470 Mülheim, sales@buy24hours.de, Telefon: 01575-1801470) in a clear and unambiguous declaration (e. g. by a letter, fax or email) about your decision to step back from this contract. For this purpose you can – but do not have to – use our enclosed withdrawal form.
It is sufficient to send the declaration within the withdrawal period, even if it arrives after the withdrawal period has passed.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you step back from this contract we have to return all payments made by you including the shipping costs (with exception of costs that result from you chosing a different shipping option from our standard shipping method) within 14 days from the day that we have received your declaration of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transfer unless all parties agree to a different payment method. You will not be charged any fees for the return of your payment. It is within our rights to withhold the return of your payment until the goods have been returned to us or until you have given us proof that the goods have been sent to us (depending on which occurs first). You have to give or send the goods back to us within 14 days counting from the day that you have informed us about your withdrawal (Address: buy24hours.de Jörg Tillmann Internethandel, Friedrichstr. 59, Hinterhaus, 45468 Mülheim an der Ruhr). It is sufficient to send the goods back within 14 days, even if they arrive after the 14 days have passed.
You have to bear the full costs of returning the goods back to us.
You only have to compensate a loss in value of the goods if this loss in value can be traced back to you handling the goods in a way that is not required to test their quality, properties or functionality.
